This place is HORRIBLE! I wouldn’t recommend any of my Friends with Pets to this place. You guys should shut down, you over charge people, and how dare one of the Doctors be so rude! What a horrible experience not once but this has happened twice, Won’t get a third time.
We would like to thank Dr. Johnson, KT, and staff and commend them on the exceptional care our 17-year-old doggie received, as well as the excellent customer service that began when we called to discuss his condition. When we arrived we were greeted with warmth, professionalism and delicious cookies! We never felt rushed during the information gathering and diagnostic period and were more than satisfied with treatments and associated fees. We highly recommend The Ark Animal Hospital!

I want to thank Dr Johnson and her staff . This was a very unsettling situation that we where going through . We needed a 24 hospital and they provided it . When we arrived yesterday is was walking into a real life ER situation . Others had just arrived with a pet that was in need. This staff handled everything like clockwork . Our needs where addressed . Today everyone went out of their way to handle our pets needs . Sadly it was a diagnosis of cancer and it turned out nothing could be done . The ark is such a nice place! The prices are beyond reasonable. The service I just received was awesome! My dog had to stay over night to receive fluid intake and they reinsured me of all my concerns. They even let me give my dog her blanket and my t shirt to have over night. If you're looking for care that isn't going to drill a whole in your pocket as well as great service, I highly recommend this place for your dog emergencies.
Dr. Johnson and her staff are always wonderful, and take great care of our cat and pug pup!
