Over the past couple of days I've had to take my cat Eden here twice. She has a mass behind her eye that's been causing her pain. All of the staff here was so caring towards her and towards me. I was a crying mess and they hugged me and told me it was going to be okay. I would recommend this place to anyone with a pet. You can tell they truly care about all the fur babies.
Our cat was recently diagnosed with a tumor in her ear. We've had to go to the Ark 3 times in a short period of time in regards to this issue and every time has been great. Despite this news, they've been supportive and have answered all of our questions thoroughly. We appreciate how honest and available the staff is, and it's clear how much they truly care and love the animals. We're lucky to have found a great vet since moving to Atlanta.
Thank you, Ark staff! You guys were there for me at a critical time. My normal vet didn't hospitalize on weekends, so I brought my cat Pinky here after emergency treatment. The staff took great care of him 24/7. I had to take him back for a re-check and they were so understanding and helpful. Love this place. I can tell they are compassionate and offer great service. Thank you for helping my beloved Pinky feel better!
The staff is so very friendly and competent. There is never a long wait to see the vet. Love this place. Will continue to bring the fur babies here.

I have been coming to the Ark for at least five years now. The Ark is truly one of the best vets I have ever been to. The staff is beyond wonderful and professional, and I have NEVER had a bad experience at the Ark or the Bark at the Ark (downstairs). My dogs and I are treated like family, and I consider them as family too. One could not ask for a better vet!!! Thank you for everything over the years, and for years to come
Very convenient as a 24 hour animal hospital! They treated Duke like a king during his cyst removal, and it's comforting to know I can call at anytime for answers to questions.
