The best animal care possible! The staff are knowledgeable, compassionate and extraordinarily courteous. Wouldn't trust my Tango's medical care to anywhere else.
Not a good experience at all. This was our first and last visit. In the main waiting area, an off-leash dog came out of the front office and right up to my dog. I told the front staff that my dog was not good with others and to please come get the unattended dog, but no one did. I repeated myself a little louder and they finally came out and got the dog away from mine. Couldn't be a better bunch of people to give care to my new cat. From the bright smile when I walked in, or even when the one tech came in to assist and said HELLO GORGEOUS! I thanked her of course, but then realized she was speaking to Scarlett!
