My chicken was bloody then they brung me a cold ass pulled pork sandwich not a good night
Never again will I eat at this location again! I had a large party and arrived early to secure a table and was basically refused to be put down until my entire party arrived! Just horrible........and apparently this is "policy". I was given the excuse that if my party doesn't arrive then your business is out money for seating me and waisting space. I go in to Texas Roadhouse Shadeland Ave every Friday. Last Friday my server Jess was amazing. She gave great advice on what to order because I wanted to change it up a little bit. I normally order the Porterhouse but this time she suggested I try the pork chop. I loved it. Then this Friday I had Brandon as my server because Jess' tables were full. He was awesome. Made sure my visit was great like always. Now I have to favorite servers at this location. Thank you for such great service!

Was at safety night last night good planning. Roadhouse crew was very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent service was great. Good job Megan and all the roadhouse crew. Enjoyed
This is a great location. We were a part of the Safety Night which was attended well. As always food was great and staff even better. United Kempo Karate was honored to be a part. Way to go Roadhouse
I thought that the safety night at the Roadhouse was really a success and was well organized. The meal and service was really good. There was a nice crowd and everyone was having a good time. Megan Pollard done an excellent job putting this event on.
Getting take out order. Clerks in take out area more concerned with looking down at the phones than looking up and greeting customers. Barely a smile or effort put in to greeting or thanking guests.
