We always go to this location.. Well tonight we called in ahead n was there when we was told... Had to wait another 45 min standing up .. Then finally got our table .. As soon as the waitress came we ordered our drinks n food at once... Food came. An hour later ...this whole time the waitress never came to check on us or to refill our drinks or rolls nothing ..but we could clearly see her sitting at her other customer tables talking to them ... Even though it was busy very good service all around
Worst experience ever we are here now I can't count how bad things are.. Husbands finished eating while I'm still waiting on my food . Was told salad guy was too busy to give me more dressing silverware dirty... Don't be back to this location
We eat at this location about once every few months and it's normally great. However my visit last night was not. All 4 of our steaks were cooked wrong and they were very dry and chewy. The manager seemed to not care at all, and gave us a free appetizer for the next time. Our waitress was wonderful though! Don't know if we will return to this location....
Very disappointed with our visit tonight. Waited over 10 minutes at our table, before I had to get a manager to find our server. Things from that point seemed to look brighter, but then salads came and dressing was missing from one salad and tomatoes were on the other one AND AGAIN our server was MIA. When steaks came the mushrooms and onion were on the wrong steak and they were taken to the back to have them scrapped off of one and onto the other.....I then sent my steak back as I can not stand mushrooms. The food was wonderful but the service was horrible i was chased to my car because I was running I was running cause I was cold but was stopped and accused of not paying my fucking $50 bill. They racists as fuck
I only come to this roadhouse. The only problem I had with this place was when it burnt down and took forever to open back up.
Our server Corey was AWESOME! Love the rolls & steaks too!
My Fiance and I just finished eating! He had Salmon, I had Pork Chop. Also Cheese Fries were amazing. Enjoyed a couple of Frozen Margaritas ! Our waitress , ALICIA, was super kind. Everything we asked for , she accommodated, very quickly. I can truly say, we've never had bad service or bad food here at the Shadeland Texas Road House.
