Love .Texas road house. Very very Good service & thats why we like it so much.I did experience a very very long wait almost two hrs one night as there was 11 of us. I really really wish they would take reservations. Please consider changing that policy. i forgot to mention that my husband ihas disabilities with heart , etc so that wore on him to have to wait that long.
We waited About 40 minutes was finally seated and the waitress brought the rolls to the table. No silverware or saucers. Ask the waitress for silverware and saucers for the rolls. She bought the silverware but no saucers. So I got up and got some. The food came out about 20 minutes later and the steaks were not cook right. But we didn't complain. Great food Saturday night, my server/bartender Dawn always does a great job!
This Texas Roadhouse has no clue on how to cook a steak if you ask for any other temperature besides well done they don't know how to cook it and their management sorry as it comes two nights ago is the last time I will ever eat at this restaurant again you have to go south of Southport Road to get a good steak from Texas Roadhouse

Went out to dinner for my 24th birthday with my family last night on August 5th and noticed there were live small red ants in my salad. Yea I said ANTS! Not so appetizing. I used to like this place but I will not be returning here anymore.
Poor service poor management food was not right.Never got our cheesefries till food came
I Love TRH on Shadeland. There food is soooo good. I always leave full and happy!!! Its my #1 Eastside steak house!
