This is the first time I experienced horrible service here. I actually had to ask for a waiter. I finally asked if we could have dinner rolls, since they never brought any! My smothered chicken didnt even have cheese on it! I was dissapointed and even too irritated to complain. I wont go back, which is a shame because I have gone to this TR for years. Ohwell!!!
My cousin and I stood in the lobby for 15 minutes after they told us our table was ready,once we got to our seat the table wasn't even cleaned off at all.#smh been here several times before ,and the service was a lot better previous times.
Our male server seemed a little sweet and gave us the best service we have ever had..... food was hot and delicious . We will be going back
They put too much salt on the baked potato to the point where they want their customers to get high cholesterol and high blood pressure. But everything else was good
Our waitress was very good, but the food last night was cold and steaks were wrong. It was a very bad food experience but was completely taken care of by the manager Brandon, he was an Awsome manager, he really knows how to take care of his customers. Will be back its my favorite place for steaks. Everyone has a bad night!! Thanks Brandon!

I strongly recommend call ahead seating. This place is always hopping. Specially during the weekends dinner hours. Call ahead saves your dinner party up to an hour of wait time 6:05 pm was our deadline. Arrived at 6 pm. Was seated and having drinks at 6:20 pm. The dinners where good. Roast beef..good. 2 steaks cooked to order. Giant bacon double cheeseburger..good. chicken..good. all the sides good. Slow server, but not one table was open. Busy..busy..busy.. If you want one on one service. Good luck.
