The manager and hostess staff was rude the food was not great. Whole section closed because short servers because of bad management. But our waitress Debbie Holman was perfect!!!! I give her a 10!!
After waiting for a half hour, I was served a cheeseburger without a burger. Seriously, they brought out a plate with fries and a bun dressed with the fixing but was missing the hamburger. Our server decided to sit down and hang out with his family and ignored the fact we weren't eating and unhappy. We finally got someones attention to complain and when they brought back the burger it looked overcooked (supposed to be medium) and 2 pieces of non melted cheese thrown on top. Always perfect! Never have any complaints ����
Bobby was our server and he was great, perfect customer service skills and knew when to check on us and when to leave us be. My steak was perfect and the margarita was the cherry on top. Couldn't have been a better dinner experience.
Horrible service. The hostess told us we could walk around and "find" where our party was seated. I had to wait 12 mins, after my food was brought out, for a fork! We had empty salt and pepper shakers. They gave us incorrect soda refills. Our food was prepared properly. However, I'll never pay to be treated that way ever again!
There service gets worse every time we go there we had to wait an hour just to get our drinks refilled and get salads the food sucked was cold and chewy the manager excuse for the hold up was the lost half of the order really. Then can only call head seating for parties of 7 or less we had 8 really definitely not returning I'd rather cook at home for eight people then waste time with them
This was my first visit to this Texas Roadhouse had a great experience our food was hot service was friendly and prompt all around excellent experience will be visiting again.
