The restaurant was freezing cold. You shouldn't have to wear a coat or sweater in the restaurant when it's over 80 outside. Most of the food was good, but my sidekick of ribs was a bit overdone and dry. My brother in law had to ask for a different order of his mixed vegetables because they came out cold. (Not warm, cold!) We did get our drinks free, but that wasn't enough for having bad food and freezing to death. Great food and great service. The waitress and servers were very nice.
The food was good. I just didn't like the dirty floor. They allow people to eat peanuts and throw the trash on the floor. That was a turn off for me.
It sucked. Eric, the manager was rude and condescending. He also could use to brush up on his listening skills. The owner, Steve Sargent, seemed uninterested in solving the problem. won't go back ever. Poor poor customer service.
Got right in waiter came right over, was polite, took my order, made sure he got the order correct, brought my water quickly, had my salad out just as fast and made sure it was too my liking,the catfish was perfectly grilled and my applesauce was nicely chilled as well. He also made sure to check on me several times to make sure I was ok and that I didn't need anything else.
