My son chose to have his birthday dinner here. 1. Son's food had hair in the gravy. 2. My chicken was undercooked and cold. 3. Our waiter forgot it was my son's birthday even after we reminded him.
Came yesterday for dinner early wasn't busy and they where still slow and waitress kinda act like she had a lot going on. When my food came it was warm wanted to send it back but she didn't come back until she had the bill. Mother's Day families was in there fighting I'm done with Shadeland
Went out for Mother’s Day dinner! Our service wasn’t as good as it usually is. However, it was extremely busy! The food was delicious as usual!
My hubby took me there for my birthday. Our services was great. The young lady that waited on us, she was terrific. The food was awesome. I loved the shout out for my birthday as well. � We will most definitely be back. �
This was the worse restaurant experience I’ve ever had!! The experience wasn’t as bad as the attitude of the manager. Me and my daughter went at 845 pm and got our food at 945 or later and then had to send it back and it got so late and we were full of BREAD we took it with us but the next morning it was ruined! Steak was hard and dry and her burger was dry as well. I complained and the manager send me a 10.00 certificate and pretty much stated I should be happy with that! I had to send back my steak Friday night because it was overcooked, AGAIN. So I am assuming they thought they were being funny sending out a raw steak. I fail to see it as funny. Do your job correctly the first time and there will be no issues.
My Husband was very tired after working all day and so we ordered carry out. Got home just to find out we were missing part of my Husband’s meal. I only mention this because we’ve had other problems at this location in the past.
