Took my mother for her birthday yesterday 3/4/18 to the Shadeland Location. Our waitress was on point from the beginning. My mother got Catfish that was a little cold by the time we received our food and the breading on my Country Fried Chicken was Super Salty that I had to take a drink of water after every bite. I love Texas Roadhouse, but we felt really rushed to get out as soon as possible. I mean, we didn't even get peanuts or any extra rolls. I was still eating my salad when they were wanting to take my salad plate/bowl. I never even got a refill on my iced tea. I love the grilled chicken with portabella mushrooms, but it was a surprisingly dry and so salty this time, I could barely eat it... I went yesterday and got sick � services was not good either.
We had another excellent experience -the food was great and the service was great -thank you Anthony!
Every time we call to place a to go order, no one picks up. At one point we were on hold for about 25mins! I just called and again, no one answered... so I called the location on Southport and they picked up immediately. I told the girl who answered how awesome their customer service and sense of urgency was despite it being Valentine's day, and she said they always have someone by the phone. More orders= more profit, last time I checked. Your guys sense of urgency is terrible.
