I absolutely love this Texas Roadhouse. We had the best service. Thank you Eric The food was wonderful. Definitely will make the trip there again one day.
Friendly staff, food was great, and this establishment was clean, well other than the ladies room. My dislike, no one wears a hair net of any kind. The people walk around here with their hair swinging while carrying food. Today, I watched a young lady standing there in the kitchen braiding her hair. I said something to an employee and he told her and all she did was move forward a little bit trying to get outbof sight, didn't move forward enough.
Not a very good experience here. Food was okay but not up to Texas Roadhouse expectations. Service was slow and there were way too many employees just standing around doing nothing. The only plus side was that our wait time to be seated was short.

GOOD STEAK AND SERVICE
Went there tonight for Jon’s Birthday. There were four of us. We ordered and was served our appetizer and drinks promptly. We put in our orders. They were busy so it took awhile. One order was missing, a hamburger and fries, and they said it wasn’t on the ticket, sorry. They put the order in and we waited. Everyone ate their food slowly hoping the burger would come soon. This is the worst Texas roadhouse I've ever experience. I Moved here from odessa, Texas 7 months ago and never had I once occured soo many mistakes in one time at a Texas roadhouse. First, I was not asked if I'd like to pick out my steak or rib eye of my choice from their meat selection. Second, there were no plates given to us as we were eating our buns with cinnamon butter.
