How is it that I placed an ONLINE ORDER, because the service is typically slow and they appear clueless, yet upon my arrival, my food is STILL not ready?!? It was promised at one time, I added in a cushion by being 20mins late (purposefully), and the takeout staff is confused because I paid online prior to my arrival? This is precisely why I do not frequent this chain restaurant - serves me right for being lazy tonight �
My steak was delicious. Seasoned perfect. Shout to the person on the grill last night. Best meal I've had in awhile. It was worth the 30 minute wait and the service was great.
Server was good. Food took over 45 minutes to come out and my steak that was ordered to medium came out looking like a charcoal brick.
Love the food eat there bout 4 o5 times a month ��
