Good food, excellent service, reasonable prices. What more can I say?
I've called 3 separate times this evening to place a take out order. The phone rings through a few times and then is answered and immediately hung up. I'm not one to be easily upset, but that's just poor customer service. Nothing like being made to feel like your business isn't valued, let alone appreciated.
Thfood was not as good. But the people that work there were great
We visited this location while traveling and were extremely disappointed. 5 out of 5 steaks came out wrong. One meal was sent back 3 times before giving up on trying to get it right. The restaurant was not overly busy yet wait times for food, server attention and even just to pay the bill for the food we never even ate we're very long. Restrooms were extremely dirty and management didn't seem to care one bit. We will not be returning to this location.
The server was bad. I had to ask for plates 5 times. Plates should have been given to us with rolls. I ordered appetizer for my meal. It was brought out with everyone else's food. The fried pickles were greasy and limp. The potato skins were hard. I ask for mild chicken bites and was given hot. The waiter only offered 50% discount for food I couldn't eat after I declined a replacement meal. I did ended up not paying for after asking for a manager.
