The absolute worst hospital I've ever been to! My friend is in excruciating pain and passing out because of it. Been waiting for over 2 and half hours just to see a doctor, and that seems perfectly acceptable. I would never wish anyone to this place!!!
I so love this hospital only ER I go to. Came in and was seen right away. Best hospital to me in Dallas always friendly staff and doctor's.
I work for Texas health Plano, I went to Dallas as a patient. Being a patient and seeing the other end was an amazing experience. So nice, professional, I highly recommend everyone to use these facilities.

After waiting more than an hour to be seen I gave up and left. It was the push I needed to find a new doctor!
Rude Dr at this location just ask a simple question I got a very rude answer . Very confusing hospital if you know where your going great . But if you don't be ready to be lost and confused. Need better signs . Parking is a nightmare here too..The staff that works in the Professional Bulding 1 need a update on what the HIPPA LAW is !!!! I know it This hospital is a joke and rude !!!! I have very tragic memories here this is the same hospital where my Baby Daughter Died !!!!!
