Once again, Heavenly Father. Thank you so so much for saving my life. And thank you to the Doctors and Nurses at Presbyterian Hospital for ensuring great care. They promised me that they weren't going to let anything happen to me and they delivered. I am so so thankful this morning. What a wonderful facility! The staff Pre-op, Surgery, Housekeeping, Nurses, Physical Therapy, Food Service, and the great volunteers that staff the information desk have all been so helpful! They are usually a step ahead of us in making sure everything is taken care of.
The nursing staff in the ICU are amazing; Josh, Dan, Monic, Alex and several others I'm missing due to exhaustion. Knowledgeable, accommodating and compassionate. We are a very large immediate family of a sister who took her own life. While waiting through all the organ donor testing they kept us completely informed of the processes and not once made us feel like we were in the way or shouldn't be there and did everything within their power to make us comfortable while we grieved for our sister. We recently had to talk my mom to the Emergency Room, We had the most excellent service by Bigi Sunny, nurse, Trina Pettay, Lab Technologist, and Officer Frank Valdez, security. They went welll above and beyond to make sure my mom was comfortable and getting the best treatment available. Thank you so much Texas Health Dallas!
