I went to the ER with this bad pain in my right knee and the top of my foot, the doctors, nurses and all of staffs were excellent. This was my very first visit and I left there pleased, thank you all.
I am so grateful for the staff of this facility! We have been treated as if we are the only patients here each time someone steps into the room. Time, care, and attention have been given each and every visit. Updates and information is readily available and we have been encouraged to ask questions. Praises to Jessica (a paramedic who is now working in the ER)! She went above and beyond her duties when moving my mom to a room from the ER. I went in through the ER 7/27/17 and found I'd had a minor stroke. Very minor...only loss of function was my left hand. I was told I'd be able to go home the next day...the only thing holding me back was waiting for the results from an echo I'd had done that morning. I'd seen all the docs I'd needed to see, I had my discharge instructions...I even had my prescriptions. I was told I couldn't leave without the echo results. I was a patient patient.
