Thank You Heavenly Father for this facility and staff...thank you to the team tht performed my biopsy, they were ALL sweet,informative, and caring....thank you to my nurse Lien and my tech Deering(4thfloor) for making my stay there as pleasant as possible, you ladies ROCK....now the surgeon Dr Anderson was not pleasant or friendly at all maybe he was havinh a bad day.....but overall Thanks to Everyone i came in contact with to make sure i was ok.

My grandma has been not given the physical therapy ordered by the doctor! They are not getting her the rehab she needs. She has only been on her feet once since Tuesday. This is unacceptable! Don’t go there!

I’m Jesse’s wife, Audrey, and I’ll be writing this review because Jesse was a little out of it after his surgery and has a clouded memory. Jesse’s surgery was a total hip replacement. I was there for the entire experience. I’d like to start this off by saying that this review should not reflect badly upon Dr. Russell whatsoever. Dr was great. Hosp could not give some of our meds that are taken on regular basis. Said the ones they use cost less. Took two days to get meds needed in system. Don’t care. My insurance pays 100 percent. Don’t need cheap need accurate and what our primary specialist treats with. Also did not control pain as well. Baylor does better job. Do want to say surgical team and nurses are good. There hands are tied by administration.
I was supposed to have a major orthopedic surgery at Texas Health Resources-Presbyterian Hospital in December. Due to the care my daughter received in their emergency room this fall, I am no longer willing to step foot in this hospital. Their negligence forced her into two emergency surgeries the following day at another hospital. They have been unwilling to work with her on the bill after they pre-maturely discharged her. I received terrible, terrible care twice. If I could give no stars I would. After an ER visit, I ended up in two emergency surgeries at a different hospital the next day for something that should have been so simple. The patient advocate was dismissive, disrespectful, and in essence laughed at me as I asked for an adjustment to a $500 bill. She told me, "Go talk to your attorney," knowing that due to tort reform in Texas, that would never happen. Awful.
