Best hospital stay ever for my elderly mother. Lovely facility, professional, caring and compassionate care across the board from the lead physician to the fabulous nurses and patient techs, to the therapists, waitstaff, housekeeping, and even volunteers. My elderly mother received a high level, and thorough level of care here.

Excellent team!! I appreciate their care to my sister Pat Bolaños Jimenez, by mistake they scheduled my sister at 11:00 AM, but requested us to be here by 6:00 AM fasting. I talked to a wonderful nurse and they all arranged to get her at 8:45AM for the procedure. Thanks a lot for your caring!!

The billing at Texas Health is horrible. They will require you to pay your full deductible prior to a hospital procedure but they do not report it to your insurance company which then requires you to pay it again.

THR has incredibly caring and talented medical staff- nurses are top notch. That said, billing is horrendous as well as the care of women which is treated as a liability with the idea that women do not have the right to know about their own body or refuse services if they feel it is unnecessary. If the care of women is viewed as such a liability and is dependent on the belief women don’t know anything about their own body, then your system should probably switch to treating men only.

I was lucky enough to have my baby delivered here. She was 6 weeks early and had to stay in the NICU and special care facility for 5 weeks. Every single employee that we encountered throughout our stay was kind, professional, and helpful. I truly felt like she got the best care she could.

Tonight I walked in, riddled with fear and anxiety. These guys made me so calm within the first few minutes of talking with me. Thats a huge feat in itself. This is by far, the most hospitable group of people I’ve ever met, in any establishment. Dr Neff is by far, my favorite medical professional I’ve ever dealt with. He is so thorough, patient, and actually takes time with you instead of popping in and out like most ER’s. They all apologized so much for the time it took but, knowing they’re being this good to everyone, I’ll... read more
