The ER doctor seemed young and arrogant. Was not impressed at all. He only came in twice to talk to me and my son. The nurses were great and very attentive to my son's needs. I think the Dr just lacks experience and bed side manners.

The staff and all the nurses went out of their way to care for me. THEY'RE ALL GREAT I was on the six floor. It's my first time at Presbyterian. I've been at Medical City, Lake Pointe and a couple of others and I always had my linens changed daily, I was there 3 days and not once did they even offered. Also, other hospitals usually have tissue, toiletries, towels etc.. in the room for the patients. I had to ask for everything, then I asked for crackers for nausea and I got one. That's my only concern.

I came in to the ER with high blood pressure. 166/96. I waited 4 hours before I was able to see a doctor. The doctor was rude, condescending and didn't seem too interested in knowing anything about what was going on with me. They didn't even have me fill out a form with medical history. I tried to tell him that I have high blood pressure issues on both sides of my family including my brother who just had a stroke and my father who just died of a heart attack. He didn't seem to give a damn. He didn't give me anything to help ... read more

Best hospital I've ever been a patient in. I was blessed to receive care from the best nurse I have ever met. Keith on night shift 4th floor, you are everything a great nurse should be, compassionate, careful, safe, and integral. They are lucky to have you working for them.

They don't know how to give proper care to the people who are here. My wife has been having some health issues and she just keeps being sent home on pain meds. And then to top it off the nurse said I don't fill it's necessary to do any testing. I don't recommend anyone coming here.
