Im here now hurting and i asked the Dr for pain med his reply thru nurse was he has better things to do than deal with pain issues.Other than that all the nurses are great.The doctors keep on changing my pain med schedule and i have had my toes amputated.
Outstanding experience. All the staff has gone above & beyond to provide exceptional care for my Mom since we csme through the doors. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Came in to have my 19 month old sons head wound stitched up he was checked in and given a wristband fairly quickly. We were then told it would be a short wait and to have a seat in the lobby. We sat in the lobby for 45 mins with my sons wound gaping and dropping blood before a nurse wrapped it with gauze. We asked how much longer it would be . Texas Health dallas is the best place for labor & delivery. Dr. Muniz was so amazing person who learns to understand other culture and respect it. Most of the patients are from different countries and different cultures but she treats everyone with the same value, love & kindness. My cousin had repeat Ce-section on January with Dr. Muniz and incision is amazingly & quickly healed . I was admitted. I had to sit in the lobby downstairs for 4 ours waiting on a room no food till 7:00 and nothing to drink
