My visit to a Texas Health yesterday could not have been better. Everyone was so caring and attentive. I would recommend Texas Health to everyone. I don't think it could have been better in any way.

So far this has to be the worst experience with a hospital system that I have ever had. My father was brought here via Careflight under the impression that he needed emergancy surgery and was at deaths door. We, the family, where told to leave before he did so we could get here in time for him to go into surgery. We arrive here prior to the helicopter landing and told to wait until he was here and settled and they would call us back. All day my father and our family had the understanding that we where waiting for his doctor ... read more

I have had the best experiences at THR Presbyterian. No complaints about their levels of patient care.

Although I have not had to stay here, my father has been going here for a few months now off and on. Each time the staff is kind & courteous to me and my family. My father has rated this place as one of the better hospitals that he has ever had to stay at. I just hope that more hospitals model their staff and professionalism after Texas Health.
