I loved this HOSPITAL,and the staff was overly AWESOME.... DR POOL, with his prayers and cowboy boots ( Lol ) WAS GOD SENT, DR HILL, Both DR HARPER Sr. and Jr.....were all a part of my stay, just can't say enough good about all....��So easy and convenient to get around Hospital....AFTER you do it once...it's a snap...�
Nurses in Labor and Delivery seemed to be on task with their duties and were attentive to patient Care. However improvement is needed due to poor bedside manner, lack of open communication between nurses and immediate family, unattended access to patients room and nurses station. Texas Health Resources Presbyterian Allen, Baylor Scott & White McKinney, and Medical City McKinney far surpass in patient care services including dialogue and open communication with patient's families
The overall facility was impressive. Walked in during a Vet farewell event - very nicely done. My check in went well. Then the procedure staff was super. They took fantastic care of me. Great. Many thanks.
Fantastic place. Fantastic people, professional, fast, super friendly and on top of all service minded.
Every single person I met yesterday was so friendly and helpful. I almost was tempted so spend the night! I would not hesitate to use this facility again. I plan on having my other knee replaced (partial) in a couple of months so I will be back soon. Exceptional care!!
