Had a horrible experience at this facility while hospitalized there all my belongings were stolen (wallet car keys iphone) while I was taken out my room for a procedure... I was told that it was my responsibility and that none of my things would be reimbursed that I lost within the time I was hospitalized in their facility... NOT ACCEPTABLE

5* omg what can I say. I was I this hospital approx. a week. The staff here is beyond FANTASTIC. The staff includes the ER, Transport, CT Scan, MRI, as well. So caring, personable, just like someone you've known your whole life. The food however..lol., but that's most hospitals. I know I was sick but they made it so much better. Being somewhere where people treat you like a human being and not like a check is awesome. Thank you staff on Hamon 4th floor Nurse & Drs. I was in rm# 401. thank you for making me feel better even w... read more

Tim in the ER was FANTASTIC but then we moved to the 3rd floor 😡 I’ve never in my life seen or experienced such a lack of competence in a hospital. I hope I NEVER have to deal with this hospital again!

Have someone answer and respond to the call button in a timely manner (45 minutes is NOT a timely manner!)

I had to walk my husband out to car because we waited 1hr for wheelchair and no one came!! Husband appointment scheduled for 11:30 and was not done until 12:45! Last time he was there all day saying he’s going home but no nurse came until 4!!!!! Poor communication skills and management!
