We have known Terri for 16 years. She assisted us with the sale of one home and the purchase of another. Three years ago she assisted our son with the purchase of his first home. Terri has always been professional and considerate. She listened to our wish list and delivered our dream home. I have recommended her service to other individuals who have been very happy with her commitment to them. Terri is always very responsive and very approachable with questions and concerns. I would recommend her as a realtor to anyone.

Terry is a wonderful realitor! She is enthusiastic,knowledgeable and patient. Always ready to answer any question I had.She had tips on how to prep my home for sale. If I ever bought another home or sold one I would call Terry first. My home sold in 3 days! She was also there to do all the paper work that was needed to tie up all the loose ends.

Terri is extremely knowledgable about the local real estate market and was very good at staying in touch with me during our selling experience. If I had a question, she had the answer to me right away. I would recommend Terri to anyone buying or selling in the Capital District.

she will go out of her way to be sure she does the most to show your house. She is great on follow up with you when other realtors show it, she contacts them and then passes info to you. You are never in dark of what is happening. At one point she wasn't happy with pictures she took of our place so she hired someone to come in and get better shots. You couldn't make a better choice. WE have moved out of state and I still tell people about her.

Terri was wonderful to work with when we purchased our home. She is an excellent listener and took our needs and wishes into consideration to find us exactly what we were looking for. She is an excellent communicator and kept us very informed through every step of the process. We would highly recommend her to anyone and would definitely use her again!

Terri and I have known each other since she first began with Remax. I believe my house was her first sale in 1992. For every change in my life divorce, single life and happily remarriage Terri has assisted me in selling and buying. She is knowledgeable and never pushes you. She is patient and will do whatever she can to make a stressful time go smoothly. She is number one in her profession. My husband and I have moved several times due to relocations. Terri is the best we worked with. She is a true professional! She was responsive to all our needs and even help with identifying any issues prior to closing. If we needed to sell or buy a new home Terri would be our first call!

Terri has helped buy &/or sell 4 properties for us. Not only did she sell one of our houses the first day it was on the market, but she stayed on top of the status of our current home. When it first went on the market - it had an offer before we could even schedule an appointment to see. Knowing how disappointed we were and how much we loved the house - Terri kept it on her radar and the minute it went back on the market we had an appointment to visit it. Whenever we needed anything when we searched for homes, she was right there. She would give us her own personal opinion if she thought we needed it, always trying to be one step ahead of us and looking out for our best interests. Many times when I thought we needed to see a particular home asap, she was very accommodating and got right to it. In my line of business I have encountered many realtors , but none as nice and knowledgeable and have that certain something to make you feel comfortable.
