Terri is a woman of a few words, who gets things done very efficiently. She stopped by to discuss the little things that needed to be taken care of before the house went on the market- she was extremely detail oriented, which made us chose her as our real estate agent. She answered emails promptly and shielded us from all the noise of the real estate transaction. Whether you are buying or selling a house Terri is an agent that works for you. We recently bought a house. She helped us see the whole house, not just the better points. She even told us when she thought the offer we were prepared to make was too high. She gave good advice when it came to negotiations. We will be selling our former house and plan to work with Terri again. She has already given us great advice on how to prepare the house for sale. Terri is easy to work with and trustworthy. I highly recommend her.

Terri was very helpful from start to finish! She answered any and all my questions at any hour of the day and made sure I was updated on how the process was going. She helped me get the most for my house and even joined me for the closing!!! She’s amazing and very knowledgeable! I definitely would recommend her to any of my family and friends. Terri helped us purchase our very first home, and I cannot say enough how great she was. She was very receptive to our wants and needs and was available whenever we needed her and was very swift to respond if we had questions or concerns. She made what I thought was going to be a very stressful process as easy as it possibly could be, and she found us the perfect home. Highly recommend! I would use her again in a heartbeat!
