While I don't want to move any time soon, Terri would be one of the first people I would call if I were. I was looking at a time when there wasn't much on the market, and I was on a schedule. Terri was attentive to what I wanted (even if I rethought some givens as I looked at houses) as she introduced me to suitable neighborhoods. Terri was our agent when we sold our house and when we purchased two homes. We keep going back to Terri with our real estate interests, because she is knowledgable of the area, tells you how the market REALLY is, guides us to what we need to do to have the success we want, gives us swift responsiveness to our communication, and makes you feel like her priority. Terri handled the sale of my former home in Clifton Park and the purchase of my new home in Niskayuna. She is professional and knowledgeable about the area, the process and the market. Terri was wonderful to work with. Her knowledge allowed us to enjoy the experience of house hunting. Because Terri is a good listener our time was spent looking at homes specific to our wants and needs. We appreciated her promptness in responding to our calls and emails when there were questions. It was reassuring to know Terri had our best interests at heart.

We listed our house with another broker and were unable to sell our house. We call Terri and it was a completely different , approach, attitude and result. Terri was extremely responsive but more importantly proactively follow-up with each person/couple that looked at the house. Within a short period of time we had a offer that lead to a sale. We were extremely happy with Terri and would definitely recommend her to help with your sale.

I have worked with Terri on many occasions, and she has been very knowledgeable with every transaction. Terri makes buying/selling a home so easy, she follows up with needed questions and answers, and always keeps the lines of communication open. Terri has proven her perfect 5 star rating! I consider myself to be a savvy and intense business woman, but this woman downright scares me (in all the right ways!).
