She is a very responsive partner in this process. She takes a situation that may be stressful for some and really makes it enjoyable. I would highly recommend working with her, as she will take you from offering to closing in a professional, friendly way. Most importantly her attention to details and timelines is impeccable, and all requirements that you will need to complete will be laid out plainly and simply, to easily understand and execute.

She knows the region, the market and the strategy to sell. She answered in a brief time each time we called or texted her. She was nice and helpful even after the house has been sold. We got offers in a week. We chose her for the third time: first to buy a house and the two other times to sell. I strongly recommande her!

I did my research before I called Terri, so to us it was no surprise that my house sold in 6 days!!! Terri is bright and personable. She doesn't give you the hard sell, just the hard facts. She came in and told us what we NEEDED to do to sell and what she as an experience sales person thought we could/should do to increase our chances of a quick sale. Everything she told us was dead on. Quick and bittersweet, we were off to the beach! Thank you Terri for helping us make our dream a reality!!!

It was terrific working with Terri. She helped guide us through the process of listing and selling our home. Terri helped to make a very daunting process manageable. Terri provided guidance in listing the house for a fair price and we're very please with the quality of buyers the home was shown to. Due to circumstances that could not be prevented we were listing our home at a "slow" time of year, but Terri helped to effectively provide marketing that got our home noticed and quickly sold.

We recently sold a family home in Waterford. Terri's knowledge of the area, use of a professional photographer for the listing and fair pricing resulted in a deal for full asking price on the first day the house went on the market! We live out of state, and Terri took care of the last minute details that we were unable to take care of ourselves. She was very helpful throughout the process. Definitely recommended!
