My experience with Terri was top notch. She was easily accessible from my first email, through the home buying process, and even checked in to see how we were settling after our business was done. She answered many silly first time home buyer questions and provided a wealth of experience and tips that made buying our home as stress free as it could possibly be. Terri is 5 star all the way! I have personally used Terri over the years for buying and selling and she is so great. She is professional and very knowledgeable. She gets the job done and then some. I highly recommend her.

Terri provided excellent service above and beyond what we thought an agent would provide. She assisted us with insightful recommnedations on staging our home, made top shelf referrals to local contractors to assist us with home preparation and was a very responsive advisor to us during the sale process. Terri is an excellent agent to have work with you for either buying or selling your property. She knows not only the market but also what needs attention before your sale. We bought our first home with Terri and couldn't have had a better Real State agent! She guided us through the entire process and was there with us every step of the way. We moved from Louisiana to the Latham and Terri worked with us every step of the way to help get us in our home! If you want someone who is on their A game then she is for you! She was very attentive and responsive and most of all kept us positive during our search.

We used Terri to sell our first home, as it had been on the market twice before. She was a no-nonsense, go-getter and that's what we liked about her. We had a sense of urgency and she knew exactly what we needed. She gave us tips on what to do to sell the house and had experience selling in our neighborhood. She also helped us with the process to build our new house and let me vent to her throughout that process. It was worth the wait! Thanks Terri for everything!
