Terri was very knowledgeable and efficient in helping to get my house sold quickly and for the right price. She was clear on what I needed to do to make sure things went smoothly and was always available to answer my questions via text, email or telephone. I felt like she was a true partner in the process and would hire her in a heartbeat if I were selling a property again.

Terri was not only very professional she was also very helpful. I was selling my parents home right after there deaths and it was a very emotional time for me. She totally took over and walked me step by step thru everything and even held my hand when I felt overwhelmed. She actually made the whole process a lot easier for me.

Terri has a wealth of knowledge about the clifton park area. She's patient with first time buyers and helps explain the process of buying a home. We ended up going with a new construction home and she helped us work with the builder.

Terry sold my Aunt GiGi's house when no other local Realtor could. She sold our home in just days, Signed on Friday--Sold the following Wednesday Just sold my uncle Armand's home in 3 days!!! Best Realtor in the Tri-City area. Don't Mess Around with anybody else--JUST HIRE THE BEST. TERRY D!!!
