Terri was exceptional organized and very detailed... She came well prepared to sell my house the first time we met and working with her was stress-FREE... I needed to sell my house quick and within 24 hours of listing my house it was SOLD (THINK SOLD)... It was amazing and I would highly recommend you contact her! I found Terri through Zillow after reading some great reviews with previous people she had either helped sell there homes or purchase there homes...

She kept us up to date hourly all throughout the process as problems developed. Her advice on pricing helped to sell the house quickly at a reasonable price. We could not afford a long wait as we needed the money ASAP. She gave good advice on how to present the house. For example she recommended that we polish the wood floors, which we believe made a big difference.

It was a pleasure working with Terri. She is very professional and knows her stuff. She suggested a few things we should do to the house, we did them and it sold in 2 days. The photographer she hired to take high definition , high quality photos of the house inside and out was a bonus. I will certainly call her next time. If you want to sell your house call Terri. Think SOLD!!!

Terri visited our home and determined what we needed to do to sell our home quickly and at the right price. We listed our home on Saturday and sold it Wednesday (5 days). You should definitely THINK SOLD when you list with Terri.
