I highly recommend Terri if you're looking for an agent to sell your house. When I had to sell my mine, she didn't make me re-model the place, she just gave me an easy plan to follow to make sure the house looked great. The house was sold just six days after it was listed, and this was during the middle of winter. She also found the house I'm in now, which not only do we love, but she got us a great deal.

Terri has accomplished 5 successful real estate transactions for my son and on his recommendation, and my observations of her efforts on his behalf, I engaged her recently to sell my home of 37 years. While in a job relocation, we had to sell our home within a certain timeframe in order to earn a home sale bonus from my company. We tried listing with another real estate agent and did not have a good experience. With just 2 weeks left in our bonus eligibility period, we switched over to Terri, who was able to sell our home before the bonus deadline, and during the holiday season, which is traditionally a more difficult time to sell. I am very grateful for all the hard work Terri put in to get our home sold!

We were relocating to Georgia and under a specific timeline to sell if we were to receive a bonus for selling on our own. our first agent was not committed to helping us succeed and did not provide us the attention the sale needed. Purchased a house with Terri as the realitor. She was very knowledge about the area. She also help with all inspections of the house and tax information. This was the first home purchased.

Terri helped us buy our first home...made it very easy for us and she found a wonderful house. Twenty plus years later we called Terri to help us again..This past year Terri helped us sell my dad's home...So easy. Terri instructed us on how to clear the house and leave a few things for staging. She then took pictures of the house, posted them and we had a great offer within 4 days.. great job! I would recommend Terri to anyone.

Terri was very helpful when it came time to selling our house due to a relocation. With knowledge and dedication our house sold in 2 days. She was very knowledgable through the entire process of prepping the house through the final closing. I would definitely ask for her assistance again if we return to the area.
