RecommendedYes on my 2019 Ford F-250 SD best truck ever, only thing Ford needs to address/recall is the front end wheel wobble after crossing over pass or construction work/any rough spots in the highway, wheels shake real bad and hitting the breaks only intensifies the shaking until you come to an almost complete stop. We have received excellent service from Ted Britt since 2000. Have always been pleased until this last service. Appointment was at 7:30 and we left the automobile to be serviced. Returning at 1:30 the car had not been even looked at let alone serviced. We were told that unless you were waiting at the dealership, others that were waiting would be serviced first. We were not told this apparently new policy when we’re arrived at 7:30 and were given a loaner. Not sure after such treatment, we will return to Ted Britt.
