Beautiful facility, wonderful people, no pressure, so very helpful and friendly! Done in less than an hour!!
I went in today for a scheduled service. Nobody was wearing a mask. it took 2 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation so I was able to find a spot to wait away from the employees. I will not go back there again. Very dissapointed in their lack of socially acceptable practices
Absolutely Excellent from start to finish!! I was shopping back at the end of the year and informed the sales rep that I was only dream shopping and would reach back out to him if I decided I wanted to really shop for a new vehicle. No hard sales tactics and when I finally decided I did need to purchase a new vehicle - I found what I wanted online, emailed Colin with a link to the vehicle I was interested in, my trade-in info and what I could afford. This was the worst buying experience EVER....My dream car has turned into a nightmare. Although they have attempted to rectify it by offering me some gas..... I feel as though they should have been well versed in the model vehicle I purchased.They delivered it Dirty and I didn't even have the option to electronically sign my docs.....Everyone was a little rough around the edges not really friendly.
