RecommendedHad a bad service experience. Left vehicle Sunday night. Called 3 times on Monday for status with no response. Finally hot return call at 7pm Monday. Was told a part had to be ordered and vehicle wouldn’t be ready until Wednesday evening. Called back Tuesday with questions and never got response. Left message with Service manager and no call back. Got call next afternoon stating vehicle would be ready. I don’t understand why Ted Britt couldn’t give me an update even if by emIl.

Ford dealership in Auto park is very bad they wanted to charge me around $1400 for battery and Alternator but I took my car somewhere else it turns out that I only need to change is my car battery with $160 ONLY!! Watch out and check your cars somewhere else. Thanks
