Leased a 2019 Edge and have been back 5 times over a malfunction in the vehicle and the issue still not resolved nearly two weeks later. Inconsistent communication and information. Missed deadlines. Long waits. Broken promises. All parts of this process have been driven by us - and have been difficult at best. Definitely not a positive experience.
RecommendedThe dealership did fix my problem that both of my keys would not start my car however they charged me over $400 to do that. They said there was an issue with the remote starter that they originally installed and they had to remove it to fix the problem. I bought the remote starter from them and they installed it so I'm a little confused with why I was charged so much. I am happy with the the work they did other than my dome light now does not come on.
