RecommendedOver the years, I've purchased 5 vehicles from Ted Britt and have always had excellent service and exceptional customer care. When my auto needed service they always provided a loaner. Recently, I brought it in because of some brake noise. I was told that it needed brake service but since it was an on-the-spot requirement and I hadn't made a normal reservation a loaner wasn't immediately available. I bought a Ford F-250 XLT from this dealership and my salesman was Arben Maliqi. He found me the vehicle my family and I were looking for. He was knowledgeable, intelligent, friendly, and was able to identify muy family's wants and needs. I plan to buy another vehicle from Ted Britt in the future.
Do not bring your car here for service. I brought my car in for a simple "Standard Service" package [oil change, tire rotation + a few other things] and despite waiting 2.5 hrs the rotation and tire inflation was never done. Brought the car in a second time to re-do the service and even after a second attempt the service still wasn't complete - how terrible at your job do you have to be to get a second chance and still screw it up. Never again
