I am a very satisfied customer. This dealership is a" shinning star ".They gave me a great deal on my new 2017 350 HD Dual wheel Transit Van. Every department of this dealership has been great to deal with. The customer is still the king at Ted Britt Ford Lincoln-Chantilly.
I highly recommend Ted Britt Ford, i was on my way back to Buffalo, NY when a wheel bearing on my truck went out. I called Ted Britt Ford , they told me to bring it in and they will see what they could do. I showed up at 930am and was back on the road by 1045. I could not believe the speed, quality and customer service than was running through that building. Thanks again Ted Britt Ford!

The service department here is just amazing! Spent 5,000 on an extended warranty and David can't even answer a simple warranty question. He's telling me we don't deal with that. You have to call this number or you have to do this. How about you put in some effort DAVID and actually HELP me with my question instead of telling me its MY PROBLEM.
