Took my car in for service and Doug took care of us immediately. He quickly and politely explained the solution to my problem and gave me a loaner car. That was on Friday and my car was fixed and ready to go on Tuesday. The loaner 2017 Ford Focus is a really nice car with surprising handling and acceleration. My 2014 Ford Focus drives great with the uptaded clutch and service was fast, everyone was nice. Thank you guys very much it's so hard to find reliable cars and service like ford has to offer.
RecommendedGreat experience and great people. Only reason I don't give a higher score is they did not assist in dropping the price or helping to get the price we were looking for but we eventually purchased at full price. Finance was awesome and for us an excellent interest rate that helped bring the payments closer to what we wanted. It was obvious she was very good at her job. Loved talking to her. Sweet girl and good at her job. 20+ yrs in business showed.
Bought a car weeks ago paid in full .Before check cleared i got a email asking about how i like the car.Uou know like they valued me as a customer. Check cleared I reach out to them in regards to a 2nd key but have been Blown off ever since. No reply to my email. I been getting the run around inref to my 2nd key to my vehicle. Not feeling like a valued customer whome paid in full.. Disappointed customer..
Excellent on time service and the waiting room is much more relaxing than one would think.
I took my car in for its first oil change. They were so nice and really fast. They also have the best coffee machine that will make just about any fancy coffee drink. I also got to see my salesman Fernando again. He asked me how the car was doing and how I like it. It was nice to see that he cared even after the sale.
Great dealership all around! Sales, Service and Finance are all excellent.
Wonderful. Fast, efficient, helpful. They keep you up to date on the status of your truck. WiFi seems to be attached to a 56k modem though....
