0 stars if possible. These people scam on the actual price. Seriously, who qualifies as a disabled person in the military AND is in college?!? And they claim that you qualify for all the discounts? And Don't get me started on their crappy service department. I waited 6 HOURS for just an oil change. I was told at most one, likely less. Will NEVER go here ever again, ever. This was my first experience with Ted Britt and it won't be my last. I drove from Williamsburg, Va (200 miles) to buy my new Ford F-150 and it was the best new vehicle buying experience ever. I was introduced to Whitney Sullivan by Gardner Britt, III and Whitney was fantastic. He was very personable, very knowledgeable and very low pressure.
