This was my first purchase from Ted Britt Ford Lincoln. The experience was excellent from start to finish, from reviewing inventory and options to settling on the final price. Randy Swan was extremely knowledgeable and responsive, and supportive of my value mentality. I traded in a 2004 Navigator for a new Navigator, a great vehicle (as Navigator drivers know), really looking forward to the new technology and features. Thank you Randy! I'll be back for my next Lincoln, not as long next time though.

This was by far the best new car experience I've ever had. Tom Blood was professional, courteous and just downright friendly and knowledgeable. The day we picked up the car it was waiting under the awning with our name on a placard over the rear view mirror. It was a very nice touch. They worked with us on the price, trade-in as well as the Ted Britt for life options, which really put us over the top compared to the competitors. We are certainly Ted Britt for life customers.
