Very disappointed with this dealership. My family and I went in to look at a new vehicle. Not a single salesperson greeted us when we walked in the door. Even after 10-15 minutes of walking around, we still hadn't been helped. Needless to say we won't be buying a car from them.
Overall experience was decent. They had the truck I was looking and everyone was very pleasant to speak with. If I can offer one piece of advice to the consumer: bring a financial calculator and if you don't know how to use it, find someone who does and bring them with you. "numbers never lie" but I found countless times that their numbers just "didn't add up". Maybe it's a way to pad profits. RecommendedI recently purchased a Ford Explorer from Ted Britt and I have to say that the entire process went very smoothly. Lenny and Derrick went out of their way to make sure all went well. Lenny took a lot of time to fully explain all of the many features (wow) on the vehicle. This is my fourth vehicle from Ted Britt and their service is excellent. Thanks also to Gardner.

I will never buy another vehicle from Ted Brit i bought the first Black Widow F150 from them and it’s a lemon nothing but issues and they don’t care now that the sale is done. This is not the first issue either. I have been lied to and disrespected by their service people. I have spent well over 100,000 on vehicles at Ted Brit but no more I will take my business elsewhere from now on.
