Yes Brit ford Chantilly has terrible customer service. 2 weeks ago our 1 year old edge went in due to squirrels eating cables. It’s taken them two weeks. Yes two week to get a part for a one year old car. I would expect that from an older model. Not a one year old car. Let me also mention the guy assigned to our case has not followed up. We have to hunt him down to get any info on the car. It would be nice if he would touch base every few days to at least say I’m sorry we are still waiting for the part.
