I went in for a recall, oil, change, and new wipers. I was told when I made the appointment it'd be about 30 min. I dropped my car off at exactly 11 am on Saturday morning and my car wasn't done until 5pm when they closed. I mentioned to the representative when I dropped my car of that there was an issue with my passenger side door and he told me they'd look at it and fix it.
