Disappointed time and time again on customer service follow-up. Having had 7 Fords over the past 12 years, the most recent experience was the last opportunity I will use this Ford dealership. My 2019 vehicle sat outside in the winter weather for 9 days with a leaking windshield seal. I received zero ollow-up and finally just picked up the vehicle and worked with another Ford dealership to resolved the problem.

Alia led the sale and I would give her 10 of 10. The Ted Britt add-one sealed the deal — maintenance package, warranty and TedBritt4Life closed the deal. So much more than other dealers.
The service is slow and the cars are unreliable. I will be trading in the car for either a Toyota or Honda.
