Bought a 2019 Ford fiesta that I got back in July. I wanted to cancel the extended maintenance package that I purchased. When I finally got a hold of someone to cancel the package they sent the wrong information on the paperwork I asked him to send the proper information and never heard anything back I ended up having to drive to the dealership just to sign the paperwork and have been trying to get a hold of someone ever since to verify that it has been put through this is been going on for two weeks now

RecommendedI’ve used Ted Britt Ford Lincoln in Chantilly many times and generally have had good experiences. However, my last visit wasn’t so good. Went for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Was told that it would take 1.5 hours, so decided to wait. It took more than 3 hours and they failed to use full synthetic oil as requested. And, they left a puddle of oil sitting on the oil pan cover that drained all over my driveway. Response by management and service coordinators is extremely lacking. Questions, concerns and complaints fall on deaf ears with no response. It’s unfortunate that they would tarnish such a quality brand.
