Great service and apparently they're pet friendly �
excellent service, quicker with an appointment. Employees are very knowledgeable and eager to help. Valet car service when you arrive is a big help and the waiting room is comfortable and spacious. My only gripe is the channel selection on the main TV (there are three, two with captions only) which has some fluffy daytime show with up to five people rapidly talking over one another. Dishonest just like every other sleazy used car dealer.
Everyone went over and above to help and answer my questions. Sales, finance, owner, and Roger Jespersen show me how to use my (Avalon)) car for one hour.It had so much more technology than I knew what to do with. Love my car, Love Toyota.
If I could give a negative score, I would. There is no such thing as customer service at this location. After you hand over your money, you're on your own. Sad. Very sad!
