I am so disappointed on how they treated my husband . My family has baught 6 or more cars from this dealership and this is how they treat us. Very disappointed on the way the manager handle the situation. I don't care if you're the manager you're supposed to show respect to earn respect .
I used to go to Burlington but I changed due to a confusion with my agreement.if I got any service in Burlington my car was cleaned and looked brand new when I picked it up.princeton does not offer that service.i have an extended service plan and I couldn't even get a reciept to see what was done.very dissapointed .i hope they gave me synthetic oil.i will be going back to Burlington better service
I bought 2 cars from them 10 and 4 years ago, and I stopped using their repair shop several years ago because they were so bad. But I figured I could still buy a car from them if the price was right. WRONG! I couldn't even get a price from them. I couldn't get a call back. I talked to the manager and couldn't get a price. I filled out a Costco buying application and still didn't get a call.
