Horrible. Lied the whole way through the deal about virtually everything we discussed. From financing terms to Toyota vehicle options like the upgraded wheels which the sales person said was not available EVEN THOUGH it was a MFG option which absolutely WAS available. "Jessie" (sales person) didn't" even know that they are supplied by Toyota and put on at the dealer. and could not even manage to register the vehicle with my vanity plate.
