Entered online request to test drive a vehicle and was texted by representative to confirm desired appointment time. After confirming with them a different sales consultant Robert Tavares calls us sharing he will be the one to meet us for the appointment. We think great news, however, Robert also tells us he and his manager do not want us to test drive the vehicle until we “run numbers first.” We are shocked and clarify that we in no way can test drive the vehicle until we sit and run numbers. This is my first time owning a Toyota. I bought a 2021 Toyota Tundra crewmax which I absolutely love in Kansas. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER. I paid for my car in cash more than 3 weeks ago and they have yet to lift a finger on getting me the title for the car, which mean my temporary tags will expire and I face a bureaucratic nightmare with the DMV. Even the DC DMV is perplexed why it is taking this dealer so long, except for the fact that they already have my money and are just not motivated.
