Marcus greeted us warmly on our first visit to Wellesley Toyota. He was so personable and warm and sincere. We knew we were in good hands straight away. The purchase of our new car went very smoothly and Marcus was around for me to call anytime I was confused about how the computer system worked, as I am not very techy. I recently had a intermittent starting problem with my Tacoma took to dealership close to my house they put very little effort into fixing the problem. Took it to Toyota of Dallas Russell Firth and Gary Davidson stuck with it until the problem was resolved. Thank you Great service

I recently purchased a 2026 Toyota Corolla Cross from Toyota of Dallas Dealership(purchased date : 09/30/2025). I made it clear through the text messages with the sales person that I wanted a corolla cross LE FWD at $26,000 Out the Door. I even confirmed multiple times that I was interested in the LE trim. However, the vehicle I received is the Corolla Cross L (base trim), which was not what I negotiated for. I am writing this review to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the way I was treated at Toyota Dallas. What I experienced was not only unprofessional but also a complete disregard for basic customer rights and transparency. During my visit, I was never shown the price of the vehicle I was interested in. They made me think they were the most transparent dealership Toyota has, only for me to get to the day I signed the papers. Shaq rushed me and changed the original numbers of the offer originally presented to me. He knew how much I needed the car and still took complete advantage of me. I’m filling a formal complaint to all departments I can get a hold of, because all Shaq and Tahj are doing now is gaslight.
